Live Streaming Meditation

Live meditations are guided intuitively as Cathy perceives the subtle energy movement in herself and the field of awareness that is created by the online group. Individuals may follow her guidance, or use their own meditative practice. Meditations are about 30 minutes long and free of charge.

Discover more depth with your inner spiritual awareness. Join us for a mini-retreat of three meditations followed by lunch. We meditate for 30 minutes, then take 15 minutes to integrate in silence. Each person determines how they do that, for example, walking, stretching, cup of tea, or writing. Repeat two more times. This format helps us all go deeper within our own experience. Open to any level or type of meditation background. These meditations are intuitively guided by Cathy. Some are silent, some are more of a healing light modality, others are more breath and body based. They vary depending on the group and energy of the meditation.
