Monique Gomez, M.A., is a somatic relationship coach, sex educator, speaker, and author whose work helps individuals and couples heal shame, deepen communication, reconnect with their bodies, and create more honest, intimate relationships. Her approach brings together nervous system support, emotional honesty, somatic awareness, intimacy education, and grounded relational repair.

Monique’s work is rooted in the belief that real connection begins in the body. Through private coaching, intensives, writing, and education, she supports people who are ready to move beyond surface-level insight and understand the deeper patterns beneath conflict, shutdown, shame, body disconnection, and intimacy struggles. Her work creates space for people to slow down, listen inwardly, rebuild trust with themselves, and relate to others with greater clarity, care, and truth.

She is the author of Erotic Soul: Where Desire, Devotion & Divinity Merge, a soulful exploration of sensuality, shame, embodiment, and the sacred erotic. Her training includes an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling, certification as a Sex Therapist, certification as a Grief Counselor, Trauma & Grief Certification, Human Sexuality Certification, and a B.A. in Community Health Education.
